The issue of food supply is always considered as one of the important biological issues of humans. Theories, gatherings, researches, studies, and various laws and regulations have been prepared and presented in this direction in order to satisfy the basic human needs with minimum difficulty, but this goal has not been fully achieved successfully. Identifying and knowing the causes of this problem requires knowing and gaining comprehensive knowledge from a theoretical, experimental and research point of view in order to clarify possible gaps and gaps. Therefore, in the current research, these three types of studies have been conducted in the form of three layers of attitude, research materials and methods, in order to identify the dimensions of food security and its evolution, and to examine how it can be adapted to regulations, policies and laws. and by analyzing and reviewing previous researches in this field and comparing these three studies, identify the knowledge, experimental and research gap in the field of food security. Hence, the mixed research method includes library-review study, Thematic Analysis and meta-Analysis. Based on the results of the research, the knowledge base of food security, which includes availability, access, consumption and good governance, is different from the experimental and research base, and there is a deep and significant gap between scientific and research studies. Updating the laws and policies, along with conducting applied research focusing on good food governance, is one of the solutions that can cover this gap.

The lack of Quranic approaches in the production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the capacity of the method of Thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the production of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of Thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use Thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by Thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the Thematic interpretation.

The textbook is one of the most important learning tools; Which sometimes increases the motivation to continue their education and take big research steps for their audiences. The book Thematic Interpretation of the Holy Quran and Knowledge of the Rights of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) in the Qur'an is one of the most important undergraduate courses in the field of Quranic and Hadith sciences and the only Thematic interpretation in the second level of the Sisters' seminary. This book was written by Fathollah Najarzadegan. This article seeks to answer this question with a descriptive, analytical and field method; What are the advantages and disadvantages of this textbook? And also, by analyzing and evaluating the content and structure of the book; How many textbook features are observed in this book? Research findings indicate that the readability was determined by the method of Frey, Klose and William Rumi; The author has not observed the easy-to-problem principle and is pervasive in terms of readability at the level of psychological pressure and has used more memorized sentences.

Objective: This study aims to identify nonfinancial measures based on the Thematic Analysis. Methods: The Thematic analyses of interviews with experts were used in this study to propose some of the nonfinancial measures for reporting and identification. In fact, data collection was performed through semi-structured interviews, the qualitative data of which were analyzed in the Thematic Analysis. The snowball sampling technique was then employed, and the saturation point was reached after 21 interviews. Results: Identification of nonfinancial measures for reporting can be analyzed from several dimensions such as reporting nonfinancial measures with intra-organisational, extra-organisational, quantitative, and qualitative origins as well as the location and frequency of reporting nonfinancial measures and optional or mandatory reporting of nonfinancial measures. The quantitative section includes the criteria that can be converted into numbers, whereas the qualitative section discusses concepts beyond numbers and figures. Intra-organisational and quantitative nonfinancial measures: 1-human capital (population, salary, training, and personnel rotation), 2-extent of obsolescence or failure, production date, and expiry date on the inventory, 3-production time and speed, 4-sales growth and recession of future products, 5-equipment lifetime and use of modern technology in production, 6-intangible assets (copyright and patent), 7-use of modern technologies. Intra-organisational and qualitative nonfinancial measures: 8-human capital (competency, innovation, knowledge, creativity, ethics, and experience), 9-structural capital (intrinsic control structure, board structure and independence, and company auditing structure), 10-management strategies and future outlooks and strategies, 11-plans and goals (R&D and brand), 12-IT investment knowledge in providing IT infrastructure including computers, networks, and databanks, 13-presentation of existing risks. Extra-organisational and quantitative nonfinancial measures: 14-ability to pay off old and new customer receivables, 15-period of customer receivables and quantity of major and retail customers, 16-environmental problems (shares of carbon and greenhouse gases from production and felonies), 17-institutional and legal investors’ support for company, 18-quantity and percentage of loyal customers and number of sales contracts, 19-comparison of performance with other rivals based on sales rate, 20-use of modern technologies (cost and income). Extra-organisational and qualitative nonfinancial measures: 21-governmental-political connections and support, 22-membership in professional associations and grant of professional certificates for quality of standard products, 23-marketing method and power, advertising strategies, and brand development, 24-product distribution and transportation network of company, 25-human capital (extra-organisational specialised labor force recruitment mechanism and customer relationship), 26-customer capital (satisfaction, communications, accountability, guarantee), 27-communicational capital (rivals and business partners). Conclusion: According to the results, reporting nonfinancial measures included four main themes known as generalities, different types of nonfinancial measures, reporting and auditing nonfinancial measures, and outcomes of nonfinancial measures. In addition, reporting and presenting nonfinancial measures can improve user decisions and accountability, enhance market efficiency, decrease information asymmetry, and result in the optimal allocation of resources in economy.

The growing significance placed on understanding employees and their behavior within the organization has produced a great deal of interest in investigating employee perceptions of organizational climate. Despite the rich and growing body of literature on the topic, a negligible comprehensive typology of organizational climate exists. This research aims to provide a typology of organizational climate. The research method is a mix one and a sequential exploratory approach is used. In order to analyze the collected data through systematic review in the qualitative section, Thematic Analysis was used. Data were coded first manually and next by MAXQDA software. Qualitative Results show 437 primary codes, 37 basic themes, 5 organizing themes and 2 global themes that were presented in the form of a network themes. The findings of the qualitative section were submitted to 21 behavioral management university experts in the form of a validation questionnaire. The experts approved all identified themes with minor modifications. Finally, according to the findings and based on Bailey’ s (1994) method, the following six organizational climates were recognized: functional, dysfunctional, friendly, antagonistic, transcendental and non-transcendental.

Schadenfreude has been defined as the enjoyment of others’ misery; a kind of happiness from malice, which one acquires when one learns that others are lucky or experiencing a setback. The purpose of this study was to analyze the experiences of Sulaymaniyah football team fans regarding the theory of happiness from the Erbil team's discomfort in Iraq. An interview was conducted with the fans who had lived experiences (N = 18) and the data were analyzed using Thematic Analysis. The findings showed that several factors affect schadenfreude, such as political and governmental problems, managerial weaknesses of responsible people, past problems, and discrimination between teams. The findings extend the theory of social identity theory. According to the results, the managers of the teams and the officials of the Kurdistan Region in Iraq can provide the ground for reducing the happiness of the opponent's team with proper management and non-partisanship of the teams. Research in the field of schadenfreude can reduce the problems of advocacy and the wrong decisions of managers and officials and contribute to equality in this field.
